Shine a Light on Lung Cancer® 

Shine a Light on Lung Cancer® is the largest healthcare and community lung cancer awareness program in the world. Sponsored by GO2 for Lung Cancer and hosted by healthcare facilities and community partners during Lung Cancer Awareness Month in November, Shine a Light on Lung Cancer® educates, connects, and celebrates the lung cancer community while raising global awareness about the disease. 

There are many ways you can Shine a Light on Lung Cancer® in your community, including: 

  • Host an in-person event with healthcare providers, community members, and people at risk and living with lung cancer.
  • Host a virtual event via Facebook Live, YouTube Live, Zoom, or another video source .
  • Display an educational table with GO2 resources (provided) to facilitate engagement.
  • Any combination of the above!
