If you are interested in volunteering, email us today! As a volunteer, you are making a difference in the lives of all those affected by lung cancer.

Please note, all volunteers for the 2023 season will be asked to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or be willing to present a negative result from a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of event day. 

We have many volunteer opportunities available for you including:

• Planning Committee
• Community Outreach
• Approaching Local Businesses to become an event sponsor
• Passing out flyers in your community by going into local businesses, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. to help promote the event.
• Reaching out to local shops, schools, chamber offices, etc. to market the event and invite the local community to participate, sponsor, and/or participate in the 5k.
• Event Day Volunteer
• Event Set-up and Break Down
• Registration
• Course Marshalls
• Refreshment area
• Kids Zone
• Face painting
