Optum Hematology Oncology has joined together to honor someone special , Leslie Creamer, Leslie worked here at ProHEALTH for many years in Hematology Oncology, for some members of the team she worked side by side over 20 + years.

Leslie fought a long and difficult battle with Lung Cancer, beating the odds and overcoming so many challenges along the way. For a petite lady she had a heart that was larger than life!

And a laugh that was contagious. Sadly, Leslie did not win the battle of Covid-19 this past year, Her heart and spirit carry on with us here at Optum Hematology Oncology, she was loved by the entire Department, her Family and most of all her Grand Children. We are encouraging others to consider making a contribution to the Foundation for Lung Cancer in her honor.”
