I am a Lung Cancer survivor since 2020!
I am participating in the GO2 for Lung Cancer San Francisco Walk/Run on September 23rd to raise awareness and advance GO2's mission to increase survival and lung cancer screening.
Facts about lung cancer in never-smokers: 80% of people diagnosed today are former or never-smokers (I am a never-smoker). Women who are never smokers are 2X more likely to get lung cancer as men who are never smokers.
Early detection and increasing biomarker testing can save lives. There is a 10x greater chance of survival when lung cancer is detected early.
